TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

Arrival and departure:

Your apartment is available from 3pm on your day of arrival. 

Please vacate your apartment by 10am on your day of departure.

Payment:

We kindly ask guests to pay the outstanding balance the day before their departure, either in cash or using a credit or debit card.

Dogs:

Well-behaved dogs only. A charge of € 25 per day applies (food not included).

Please note that we are unable to reimburse guests in case of early departure.

Cancellation policy:

You may cancel your booking free of charge until 3 months prior to your arrival.

For cancellations from 3 months until 1 month before your arrival, we will charge 40% of the booking price.

From 1 month to 2 weeks before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of your booking.

For cancellations made within the last two weeks before your arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total price of your booking.

Exception: Cancellations are free of charge if Lech or your place of residence are under quarantine during the time of your planned holiday, or if Lech is closed to tourists as a result of an official order. 

Cancellation insurance policy:

Please note that cancellation fees apply if you cancel your booking. We always recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

This contract is subject to Austrian law, in particular the Austrian hotel regulations, in their currently valid version.
